TEAL SCULPTED MAGIC
This Neckpiece is the outcome of a very tactile exercise in free form sculpting both bib and pendant from pavé clay, studding parts with Swarovski Crystal chatons, and covering a large part of the bib section with iridescent dupioni silk fabric.
The original silk color was bronze. However an experiment with alcohol inks and mica powders, resulted in this breathtaking Piece, comprised of of greens, blues and chartreuse mica powders dabbed onto the silk surface, then sealed in a very thin layer of epoxy resin.
The handsculpted pendant is also pavé clay covering a metal armature, then studded with gunmetal filigree component and Swarovski Crystal chatons. Also sculpted some +coordinating rondelle beads that are strung along with glass crystal beads and gunmetal spacer beads, with a gunmetal toggle and bar closure
